Life is really, really good these days, you guys. I got a job at a hotel and though it's really hard work (I'm still not physically used to standing that much bahaha), it's incredibly rewarding. I bought an iPad! Right this second, I'm playing DBZ Abridged on it!!! Hooray money!!!!
It's kinda late for me to say this, but Youmacon was spectacular this year, as usual. I wasn't too bothered by that the hotel's policies and some aspects of con staff were disorganized; I only can remember the awesome group dinners, and how great it was to meet

in person, and the people who had amazing costumes and props at the Yu-Gi-Oh photoshoot, and playing Mario Party, and seeing Wreck-It Ralph with all of the abridgers and --
aaaaaaaAAAAA HAS EVERYONE SEEN WRECK-IT RALPH? That movie is literally one of the best things I've EVER seen. Absolutely in my top 5 favorite movies. I couldn't find anything to nitpick with my hatred (and that's seriously saying something). Wreck-It Ralph is a MASTERPIECE. I cried about five times the first time I saw it and about ten times the second time I saw it. You guys. I want to say more but it'd be spoilers. Has anyone not seen it yet??? Can I say spoilers so I can rant about how much I love it??!
And now with a paycheck, I can afford to go to a few more cons!! I'll be going to SwampCon with LittleKuriboh in Gainesville in January, is anyone going to that? We'll also make an appearance at KamiCon like usual. I'll probably bring a bunch of cosplays to KamiCon.

Sorry I'm so bad at uploading frequently, these days -- but, I promise, it's all been because I've been working on a super awesome project! That includes cosplay! And handsome men in dresses!!!
I've been writing a novel since about August 2011 (technically January 2005 but eh) and have been editing it since the first draft finished in July 2012. The first draft was a messy, sloppy piece of stink, but I never stopped believing in it. I got productive and edited one of those music videos we recorded in ~2011~ (some of these clips were recorded at PariahCon and Otakon in 2011) and now, two years later we have another finished Cosplay Music Video!

I See All Those Party Lights Shining Ahead
Greetings from Baltimore, on the first day of Otakon. While I'm waiting for the con itself to open and for our pack of friends to make our ways to the con center, figure I'd give a little update.
So last year my Dell computer conked out on me, taking with it my video editing software and a decent amount of the video clips. I was grumpy and frustrated with the whole ordeal and sort of put it on the back burner, which is a shame because we actually filmed FOUR new cosplay music videos a while back that never got the chance to see the light of day.

Saw you very briefly at Youmacon (I was the British girl at the YGO photoshoot with the KC badge). Pretty good con overall I thought, although it took a while to get going (read: I had no clue what I was doing XD).
